Part Time 25 hrs a Week | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is a seeking a HR Assistant to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. The HR Assistant will support daily human resources operations, helping ensure a positive experience for our employees while keeping our facility organized, compliant, and running smoothly.

Job Requirements:

• Previous administrative or human resources experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.

• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.

• Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR documentation.

• Assist with background checks, employment verifications, and required paperwork.

• Track employee certifications, licenses, and required training.

• Assist with employee records, attendance, and other HR-related administrative tasks.

• Help communicate important information and updates to employees.

• Provide general administrative support to the Administrator and HR team.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
