We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our compassionate team at Colonial Manor, where we strive to be the difference makers and a guiding light in our profession. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the facility. This includes but is not limited to:

• Cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Emptying trash and linen carts, and restocking supplies
• Restoring dust and vacuuming floors and surfaces
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of resident belongings

Responsibilities:

As a Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing housekeeping duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
+ Cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
+ Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident belongings
+ Restoring dust and vacuuming floors and surfaces
+ Emptying trash and linen carts, and restocking supplies
• Working closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Participating in regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and supplies
• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the facilities team

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Housekeeper or similar role is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work a full-time schedule with flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends
• Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as needed
