About the Role:

As a Certified Assisted Living Administrator (Cala), you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our assisted living community. Your expertise will focus on providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also maintaining compliance with state and national regulations. You will lead a team of dedicated caregivers, providing guidance and training to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living community, ensuring compliance with state and national regulations

• Develop and implement quality care plans tailored to individual residents' needs

• Supervise and train a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident satisfaction and quality of care

• Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, dietary, and activities, to ensure seamless delivery of services

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including care plans, incident reports, and resident data

Requirements:

• Certified Assisted Living Administrator (Cala) certification

• 2 years of experience in assisted living or long-term care management

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with seniors and their families
