Fountain View is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dependable Respiratory Therapists (RTs) to join our clinical team!

We are hiring for both day and night shifts, with Full-Time (FT), Part-Time (PT), and PRN opportunities available.

What You’ll Do

As a Respiratory Therapist at Fountain View, you’ll work closely with our nursing and clinical teams to provide respiratory care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments according to physician orders and resident care plans

• Monitor residents receiving respiratory therapy services

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered

• Assist with oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment

• Observe and document resident responses to respiratory treatments

• Recognize and communicate changes in residents’ respiratory status

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Follow infection-control and resident-safety practices

• Help ensure respiratory equipment is properly maintained and ready for resident use

• Educate and support residents and families regarding respiratory care as appropriate

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while maintaining dignity and comfort

What We’re Looking For

• Current applicable Respiratory Therapist license/credential

• Respiratory therapy experience

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

• Ability to work effectively with nursing and interdisciplinary clinical teams

• Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or related respiratory-care experience preferred
