Vertus HealthCare, a Medicare-certified home health agency, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Home Health to join our dynamic team. As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you will cultivate strong referral relationships and generate Medicare Home Health referrals to drive growth and business development in Palm Beach County.

Responsibilities

• Generate Medicare Home Health referrals and grow census

• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, rehab facilities, case managers, and discharge planners

• Develop new accounts and strengthen existing referral partnerships

• Conduct face-to-face sales and account development

Qualifications

• Medicare Home Health sales/business development experience

• Established Palm Beach County healthcare book of business

• Proven ability to generate referrals and grow accounts

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and results driven
