Key Responsibilities

• Transport residents safely to appointments, outings, and facility activities

• Assist residents in and out of vehicles with care, dignity, and respect

• Coordinate transportation schedules with the facility team

• Complete basic vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs

• Maintain accurate trip records and mileage logs

• Communicate transportation updates to residents, families, and staff

• Follow infection control and resident safety procedures

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Healthcare transportation experience preferred

• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A patient, professional, and dependable approach
