Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration, while promoting independence and dignity

• Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience as a CNA; training and orientation provided for new hires

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
