We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing home care team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with flexible scheduling based on your availability.

Whether you are looking for a few hours per week, part-time work, or a full schedule, we have a variety of assignments available across all shifts and days of the week. Weekend and evening availability is a plus!

Our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) provide clients with assistance in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). We hire caregivers who have received specialized training through CNA, HHA, or PCA programs. In this rewarding role, you will help clients maintain their independence and continue living safely and comfortably in their homes. Responsibilities may include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, and other supportive services based on each client's individual needs.

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide basic domestic services (meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping)

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement

• Assist with mobility and transfers

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Change bed linens as needed

• Support clients with daily activities based on their individual needs

• Provide a caring, positive presence

• Respond appropriately in emergency situations

Requirements and Qualifications:

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or relevant caregiving experience preferred

• Flexible availability based on your schedule

• Weekend and evening availability is a plus

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

• Minimum of one year of experience in home care or a healthcare setting preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Active automobile insurance

• Ability to comply with all agency policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
