About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home, utilizing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. As a valued member of our team, you will implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with accuracy and consistency, collect and record session data, and support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home using individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with accuracy and consistency

• Collect and record session data to track client progress

• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living

• Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA and clinical team

• Prepare session materials and adapt to client needs in real time

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

• Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Reliable transportation to client's home in Rincon, GA

• Availability for consistent 3:00-7:00 PM weekday hours
