What You'll Do

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect accurate session data and maintain timely, thorough documentation

• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress

• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required. We are seeking RBTs who are already certified and ready to move forward with employer credentialing and onboarding.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with children, particularly in ABA, autism services, or special education, preferred

• Strong communication, patience, reliability, and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to assigned clients

• Ability to complete required background checks and employment screenings
