Staff Tax Accountant – Boro Park, Brooklyn, NY

A growing accounting firm in Boro Park, Brooklyn is hiring a Staff Tax Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with a diverse client base and real room to grow.

Salary: $130,000 – $180,000, depending on experience. A partnership opportunity is available for the right candidate.

What you will do as our Staff Tax Accountant

• Prepare and review tax returns for businesses and individual clients

• Work with clients in for-profit businesses, real estate, healthcare and more

• Assist with tax planning, financial reporting and general accounting

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations

• Manage multiple client engagements and keep records organized

• Communicate with clients and collaborate with the accounting team

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience with strong tax preparation exposure

• Experience with diverse industries and business clients

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
