BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Hampton Roads, VA

We are hiring a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a growing ABA team serving children and families across Hampton Roads (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and nearby). This is an on-site/hybrid role with full-time and part-time options.

Pay: $80,000 – $100,000 per year salaried, or $60 – $80 per hour.

What you will do as our BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments

• Write and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress

• Supervise, train and support RBTs and behavior technicians

• Lead parent and caregiver training

• Keep accurate clinical documentation that meets BACB, regulatory and insurance standards

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification (BACB)

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or a related field

• Virginia behavior analyst licensure, or eligibility to obtain it

• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
