Assignment Details

• Position: Registered Dietitian

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Requirements

• Degree in Dietetics, Foods and Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 2 years preferred.

• New York State Dietitian-Nutritionist certification issued by NYSED for post-acute or long-term care assignments.

• Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), with primary source verification, for acute care assignments.

• Experience with nutrition education, nutrition assessments, diet modifications, and food-drug interactions.

• Familiarity with MDS 3.0, PointClickCare/SigmaCare, and medical record documentation.

• Strong patient assessment, communication, and nutrition care planning skills.

• Master's degree and AHA BLS certification preferred.
