Registered Nurse (RN) Step-Down/PCU | Tulsa, OK

Advance your nursing career with a 13-week Travel RN opportunity in a cardiovascular step-down unit in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is ideal for nurses with telemetry or progressive care experience who are interested in cardiovascular procedures and caring for adult and geriatric patients.

Assignment Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Specialty: Telemetry/PCU – Cardiovascular Step-Down

• Location: Tulsa, OK

• Job Type: Travel Contract

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: Days, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift

• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics

• Weekend Requirement: Required

• Floating: Required to similar units within scope

• First-Time Travelers: Accepted

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at submission

• Minimum 1 year of Step-Down/PCU nursing experience

• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications

• Interventional cardiology experience preferred

• Experience with cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management

• Familiarity with medication titration, moderate sedation, arterial sheath removal, and Swan-Ganz catheter utilization

• Skills in ECG acquisition, blood product administration, PICC line management, and pre/post-cardiac catheterization care

• Must disclose all requested time off (RTO) at submission

• Local candidates residing within 75 miles are not accepted

• Willingness to float as needed
