About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team in Clarence, MO. As an HHA with Modani Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a flexible PART_TIME schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care services to seniors and adults in need of support with daily living activities

• Assist with personal care, mobility, and transfers

• Manage medication administration and other treatment plans as directed by the client's healthcare provider

• Maintain accurate records of client care and daily activities

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

• Demonstrate a professional and compassionate approach in all interactions

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent
