About the Role:

As a RN Night Shift, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate patient care activities, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies

• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Develop and implement effective care plans, in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care, and wellness

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and communications

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care
