About the Role:

As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our team of dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and mentoring LPNs to ensure high-quality patient care

• Developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Assisting with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations

• Providing guidance and support to staff members to ensure a positive and productive work environment

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey

• Prior experience as an LPN supervisor or in a leadership role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

• Strong organizational and time management skills
