What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting while collaborating closely with families and supervising BCBAs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and maintain accurate session data

• Support communication, behavioral, social, and daily living goals

• Create engaging and motivating learning experiences

• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

• Celebrate meaningful progress with every child

Qualifications:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience highly valued

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
