Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.

• Complete accurate nursing documentation.

• Collaborate with STNAs, other nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Respond to resident needs and emergencies appropriately.

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
