What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide individualized one-on-one ABA therapy services in the home setting while working closely with BCBAs and families.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy sessions

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and maintain accurate session data

• Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals

• Create fun, engaging, and motivating learning opportunities

• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

• Celebrate meaningful progress and developmental milestones

Qualifications:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience highly valued

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
