What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting while working closely with a BCBA and the child's family.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect accurate session data

• Support skill acquisition and behavior goals

• Create engaging learning opportunities

• Collaborate with families and supervisors

• Celebrate meaningful progress and milestones

Requirements:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)

• High School Diploma or GED required
