What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with EzCare ABA, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting, helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and maintain accurate session data

• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals

• Create engaging and motivating learning opportunities

• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors

• Celebrate meaningful progress and client success

Requirements:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience working with children preferred
