What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician with EzCare ABA, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy services in the home setting while helping children develop critical communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and record accurate session data

• Create engaging and motivating learning opportunities

• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals

• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

• Celebrate meaningful client milestones and progress

Requirements:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience working with children preferred

• Reliable transportation
