Assistant Director of Maintenance Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Palm Gardens is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Director!

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on professional to join our maintenance leadership team.

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or nursing home required.

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.

• Familiarity with DOH surveys and Life Safety Code requirements preferred.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
