About the Role:

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for our clients. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality ABA therapy services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Implement and supervise interventions to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with industry standards
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• 0+ years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
