Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and passionate about helping children thrive? Olive Branch ABA is looking for compassionate, motivated Bilingual Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Spring, TX!

What We Offer

• Paid RBT Training Opportunity: Eligible candidates may qualify for company-sponsored 40-hour RBT training, completed entirely online at their own pace, with a $16/hour paid training opportunity subject to program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs.

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Support children’s communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living skills.

• Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking families as appropriate.

• Track progress and maintain accurate session documentation.

• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the Olive Branch ABA team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.

• Active RBT certification is a plus, but not required for eligible candidates.

• Strong communication skills, patience, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in Spring, TX.
