Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Stratford, NJ
Pay: $25–$28 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Stratford, NJ.

The individual is non-verbal and requires support both at home and in the community. We are looking for someone who is attentive, caring, and able to recognize and respond to behaviors, and individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support with daily activities.

• Accompany the individual on community outings.

• Encourage independence, social engagement, and community participation.

• Promote the individual's safety, comfort, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Patient, reliable, compassionate, and responsible.

• Must meet applicable agency hiring, background-check, and training requirements.

• Reliable transportation is preferred for community outings.
