What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician with EzCare ABA, you'll provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy services in the home setting, helping children develop essential skills that support long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Track and record client progress accurately

• Create engaging and motivating learning experiences

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Collaborate closely with families and clinical supervisors

• Encourage, celebrate, and reinforce client achievements

• Every milestone matters. Every session is an opportunity to help a child become more confident, independent, and successful.

Requirements:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience is a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
