• Maintaining accurate records of client care and communication with the interdisciplinary team

• Following established protocols and procedures to ensure quality care and safety

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Home Health Aide or related field

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Strong emotional stability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation
