• Providing personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assisting with medication management and administering medications as prescribed

• Maintaining accurate and timely records of client care and vital signs

• Developing and implementing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting
