Renewal Memory Partners is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide overnight care for a client living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease in Brooklyn, NY.

If you have hands-on experience with personal care, mobility assistance, and safe transfers, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work while making a meaningful difference in someone's life.

We are looking for a dedicated care professional who is ready to commit to all three weekend overnight shifts and deliver safe, attentive, person-centered care.

POSITION DETAILS

• Job Title: Overnight Home Health Aide (HHA)

• Location: Brooklyn, NY

• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

• Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

• Shift Hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide compassionate, attentive overnight care to a client with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.

• Support safe mobility, positioning, and transfers.

• Assist clients who are bed-bound or wheelchair-bound.

• Follow the established care plan and promote the client's comfort, dignity, and safety.

• Maintain a calm, patient, and reassuring presence throughout the overnight shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

• A valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate.

• Experience caring for bed-bound or wheelchair-bound clients.

• Knowledge of safe transfer techniques and mobility assistance.

• Hoyer lift experience strongly preferred.

• Dementia or Alzheimer’s care experience preferred.

• A dependable, patient, professional, and compassionate approach.

• Availability to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
