Pharmacist – Hospital | Zanesville, OH

Assignment Details

• Location: Zanesville, Ohio

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, varied shifts

• Typical Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

• Weekend and evening coverage required; weekend hours may vary based on staffing needs

• Overtime: After 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing is mandatory.

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.

• Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, particularly vancomycin.

• Experience with warfarin management.

• Epic Willow Inpatient experience preferred but not required.

• Must be willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
