Job Summary:

Modani Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers or Home Health Aides to join our team, providing in-home care services for seniors and adults who need support with daily living. Responsibilities:

• Home Health Aide/Caregiver: Provide personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management

• Supportive Services: Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry to ensure client comfort and independence

• Companionship: Engage in activities with clients, such as conversation, games, and outings, to combat loneliness and promote socialization

• Record Keeping: Accurately document client care activities, progress, and concerns in a timely and thorough manner

• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Modani Care team, including caregivers, RNs, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless coordination of care

Requirements:

• Caregiver/HHCA Certification: Must be certified as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide in the state of Nebraska

• Trustworthiness: Possess a strong sense of trustworthiness and discretion when interacting with clients and their personal information

• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Passion for Caregiving: Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes
