Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, including monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Stay up-to-date on client needs and preferences, and adapt care plans accordingly

• Collaborate with other care providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
