Day to Day

• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments and write treatment plans

• Supervise and train RBTs in clinic, home and school settings

• Analyze data and adjust programs to drive progress

• Train parents and caregivers in person and remotely

• Coordinate with schools, therapists and families

Must Haves

• Active BCBA certification in good standing

• Iowa behavior analyst licensure or eligibility

• Experience supervising RBTs and writing treatment plans

• Able to travel locally for in-person sessions

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
