Day to Day

• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans via telehealth

• Supervise and train RBTs through live video sessions

• Analyze session data and update programs on a regular basis

• Lead parent and caregiver training sessions online

• Keep documentation and authorizations current for funders

Must Haves

• Active BCBA certification in good standing

• Iowa licensure or willingness to obtain it

• Experience with FBAs, treatment planning and RBT supervision

• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and data collection software

• Strong communication and organization skills

Compensation: $70 - $100+ per hour
