What You'll Be Doing

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

• Provide skilled OT services focused on improving independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper-extremity function, coordination, and functional mobility.

• Help residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.

• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.

• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans to meet individual goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC).

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.

• A compassionate, positive, and resident-centered approach to care.

• SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!

• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC is helpful, but not required.
