About the Role:

As an LPN at Beacon Ridge Nursing, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and routine vital sign checks

• Assisting with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to the healthcare team

• Participating in interdisciplinary care conferences to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Strong communication and customer service skills
