Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist - Brooklyn, NY

We are hiring an experienced Physical Therapist for a busy multi-specialty outpatient health center. This is a true full-time W2 role with above-market pay.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and build individualized treatment plans

• Treat a diverse caseload from pediatrics to geriatrics, including orthopedic and post-surgical rehab

• Supervise and coordinate care with a PTA

• Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers in a multidisciplinary team

• Track progress, adjust plans of care and educate patients and families

• Document all visits accurately in the EMR

Qualifications

• Active New York State PT license

• Active Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs (required)

• Outpatient, acute care, home health or hospital PT experience preferred

• Comfortable with EMR documentation

• Available for the Sunday and evening schedule above

• Strong patient-centered communication skills

As our Physical Therapist, you will work alongside a supportive clinical team.

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Schedule: Full-time, on-site: Sun, Tue, Thu 9am-5pm and Mon, Wed 11am-7pm

Compensation: $70 - $100+ per hour (W2, full-time) + benefits
