Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Caregiver and Home Health Aide to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As a Caregiver and Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while working in a flexible, part-time and full-time environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management

• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including walking, transferring, and lifting

• Support clients with cognitive and memory impairments, using effective communication and behavioral strategies

• Monitor and report changes in client condition, including physical, emotional, and behavioral changes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in caregiving or a related field

• Compassionate and patient approach with a strong focus on customer service

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
