Your Impact

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with a child, implementing individualized ABA programs designed to help them build communication skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful developmental goals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Support communication skill development for a non-verbal learner

• Collect and record session data accurately

• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members

• Create engaging and motivating learning opportunities

• Celebrate client progress and milestones

Preferred Qualifications Required:

• Current RBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience working with non-verbal children

• Experience implementing communication-focused ABA programs

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience with AAC devices, PECS, sign language, or other communication systems

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Previous ABA therapy experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
