About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Modani Care, you'll work closely with our team to provide personalized care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Helping with meal preparation and medication management

• Encouraging and supporting clients with daily exercises and ambulation

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients

• Building strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or related experience

• Ability to work PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and move clients with care and provide gentle assistance with transfers

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
