Make a Lasting Impact

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related developmental needs, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that can make a lifelong difference.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in the client's home

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and record client progress data

• Build positive relationships with clients and families

• Collaborate with your clinical team to support client success

• Create engaging and supportive learning opportunities

• Help children achieve meaningful developmental milestones

Who We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience is a plus but not required

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
