  Make an Impact Every Day

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes, helping them develop the skills they need to become more independent and successful.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and record client progress data

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Create engaging, positive, and supportive learning experiences

• Celebrate meaningful progress and life-changing milestones

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Loves working with children

• Is dependable, patient, and positive

• Wants to make a meaningful difference

• Enjoys building relationships with families

• Is eager to learn and grow professionally

Qualifications:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous ABA experience preferred but not required

• Experience working with children is highly valued

• Reliable transportation

• Background check required

• Monday-Friday

• Afternoon & Early Evening Hours

• After-School Cases Available
