What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will:

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and report client progress data

• Support skill development across communication, social, behavioral, and daily living domains

• Collaborate with caregivers and supervisors

• Create engaging and positive learning experiences

• Celebrate meaningful client achievements and progress

Who We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience highly valued but not required

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background screening

Available Schedule - Woodbridge, VA (22191 & 22193)

• Afternoon & Evening Hours Available

• Monday-Friday

• Consistent After-School Cases
