Registered Behavioral Technician - $500 SIGN ON BONUS

Job Summary:

At Achievers ABA, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-18 across clinic-based and in-home settings throughout Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Michigan City, and the greater Indiana region. As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families to deliver exceptional care and support. Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies developed by BCBAs to support children with autism

• Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to families and caregivers

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
