Maintenance

 

We're looking for someone with strong time management and organizational skills, some one with good communication and verbal skills, an individual whos capable in working alone and in a team setting, great at solving problems when it comes about. Some who is expierence and has attended technical college or trade school. Must be expirenced in eletrical wiring, HVAC, plumming, and roofing.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
• Performing cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
• Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks.
• Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
• Raipairing Roofing when needed.
