Direct Support Professional DSP - Christopher Caiola (CJ)

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a caring, dependable Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in Monmouth County. 

About This Opportunity 

We are looking for a caring, patient, and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a 23-year-old individual who is blind and has autism. Assist with personal assistance around the house and help build independence, outings and walks. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and enjoys helping others.

What You’ll Do 

• Provide one-to-one companionship and person-centered support. 

• Help the individual participate in activities, hobbies and out in the community.

• Encourage independence, communication, decision-making, and life skills. 

• Help the individual work toward goals identified in the service plan. 

• Provide routine support, or light assistance as required by the case. 

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. 

• Complete required documentation and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Warm, patient, dependable, and genuinely interested in building a consistent relationship. 

• Able to reliably work the posted schedule. 

• Comfortable supporting an adult one-to-one in home and community settings.  

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 9 am - 3 pm
Pay: $18-$24/hr 
Location: Manalapan NJ
Driving on shift: REQUIRED
