Care Coordinator (Hourly) – West Indianapolis

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead meet-and-greets that introduce clients to their caregivers

• Confirm caregiver schedules and follow up to make sure shifts are covered

• Take part in client assessments alongside our team

• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers through regular check-ins

• Answer inquiries and help convert them into new clients

• Conduct quality assurance visits

• Support onboarding of new caregivers
  
  What we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2–4 years of related experience (home care or senior care preferred)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Comfortable working some evenings and weekends

  Pay: $[18]–$[20] per hour
