As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental needs, helping them learn and strengthen valuable life skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions in the child's home

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and record therapy session data

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members

• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment

• Celebrate client progress and achievements

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about helping children succeed

• Dependable, patient, and positive

• Excited to learn and grow within the ABA field

• Able to build strong relationships with families

Qualifications:

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience working with children is preferred

• ABA experience is a plus but not required

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass required background screening
